School Sessions 2012

If any schools would like our Development League Director, Steve Rogers, to come into their schools and run a couple "Intro to Basketball" sessions,

March Break Camp 2012

Dates: Monday March 12th to Friday March 16th, 2012

Ages: 6 to 9 & 10 to 16

Full day Camp: 9am-4pm (Mon-Fri) $250.00 (tax incl)

Half day Camp: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm $150.00 (tax incl)

Extended Care Available until 5:00pm

Program Overview: 

-Fundamentals of Basketball (dribbling, passing, shooting)

-Sports Theory (Offence/Defense Zone/Man to Man)

-Nutrition for Sports

-Games, 3on3 and Full Court

-Injury Prevention

-Prizes all week!!!
