Basketball Fit for Her
Starting Wednesday January 13th
8:15pm – 9:45pm.
Join us starting for 5 weeks in a brand new Monarchs program for adult women. The emphasis is on FUN, FITNESSS and fundamental basketball skills for beginners and recreational basketball players.
The program includes your own Monarchs reversible jersey. This program is open to the public, so tell your friends. The program is targeted at women 35 and over, however all adult women are welcome (we won’t be checking id).
Registration at the door: cash or cheque
Program Cost:
$80.00 (5 week program)

09/10 HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATION
The House League is a grassroots equal participation recreational league that focuses on the skill development of youth between the ages of 6 and 18 years old. The program aligns itself with sound research in the area of growth and development, and follows Canada and Ontario Basketball guidelines for player development.
