The Mississauga Minor Basketball Association (MMBA), home of the Mississauga Monarchs, is a registered non-profit organization, offering a variety of basketball programs and camps for Mississauga children and teens.

The MMBA is proud to be the only official affiliate basketball program for the City of Mississauga, and has been in business for 27 years.
The MMBA is one of the largest community basketball clubs in Canada and is located in the Mississauga Hershey Centre Sportszone building, a multi-sports complex where MMBA has preferred program reservation access to the triple gymnasium facility for its basketball programs. MMBA also offers a number of programs at schools, and community centres throughout Mississauga all year long. Whether a first-timer, an avid player, or an athlete with goals of playing basketball at university or college, MMBA has programs suited for all skill levels and interest.

MMBA provides Development Programming and Rep Programming. All programs are delivered through experienced coaching staff and volunteers. The Development Program is open to all players from beginner to advanced, for ages 4 – 18. Programs include: basketball skills development and training sessions, March Break and summer camps, a Development League, 3 on 3 league, and Competitive leagues for intermediate to advanced players. The Rep Program currently includes 23 teams, for ages 8 to 19, who travel and compete with other clubs in the GTA; players have to make a Rep team through open competitive tryouts in September each year, and several teams continue in the off-season (summer) to play in US basketball tournaments. The Rep Program also offers additional training opportunities for all players who aspire to play at a competitive level in school, or at a club level, through spring and summer programming.
